Pure Flow Sound Therapy offers 1:1 reflective sound therapy as well as corporate, retreats, weddings, events, couples, group sound baths and more. I work with gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, quartz crystal singing bowls and percussion to facilitate deep relaxation and meditation, enabling my clients to access their subconscious minds, identify patterns and beliefs which are holding them back, and then move through these to release them. Experiences can be extremely profound and help to kick-start clients back into their natural flow-state.

Ik ben super dankbaar voor het prachtige soundbath bij in Zeddam gistermiddag! De energieën waren zacht, maar toch heel krachtig, en het was geweldig om samen te creëren met 9 mooie zielen, waaronder twee moeder-dochterparen (nou ja, één moeder-dochter en één moeder-twee-dochters!). Ik merk altijd dat dit een prachtige nieuwe dimensie aan de sessie toevoegt.

Mensen meldden dat ze warmte en kou door hun lichaam voelden stromen, tintelingen, trillingen, zweven, kleuren zagen, gedachten en emoties loslieten en meer. Er zijn al herhalingsboekingen voor het soundbath in december, dus laat het me weten als je een plekje wilt reserveren (zondag 7e dec 15:15-16:15). Ik zou je graag willen verwelkomen. 🙏💖☺️

Yesterday I had the privilege of offering a wonderful group of doctors a private soundbath in my home as part of their staff wellbeing initiative. None of them had ever attended a soundbath before and it was such a joy to share my passion with them and talk about the instruments and how they can affect the body and the nervous system.

The deep relaxation experienced during the session, including complete release through sleep, was wonderful to witness. As always, it was great to hear about their experiences over tea afterwards, especially learning that one of them had arrived with a headache, which had completely gone by the end of the soundbath. 🙌

Nearly 2 hours later, having had the opportunity to ground in my beautiful 22 inch standing bowl and experience the ethereal vibrations of my 8 inch crystal chalice, both on and off the body, they left thoroughly relaxed and ready for the weekend.

As you can see, little Leila enjoyed the energies of the space afterwards! 🐈

It was an absolute joy to facilitate this session! Feeling deeply grateful and blessed to be able to share the power of vibration and frequency. 🙏💖😊

Sending out a massive thank you to the beautiful souls who joined me for yesterday’s sound bath. It was super special to be able to welcome you into my home to enjoy some healing vibrations - a true gift. 🙏

I love holding sound baths for smaller, more intimate groups, and as always, this didn’t disappoint. Getting to know you before and after the sound bath was a joy and a privilege - there were some powerful energies in the run up to tomorrow’s full moon, with some strong energy shifts taking place during the session. It was also great to chat about language and how it can affect a person’s flow when they are doing this work. I really enjoyed and appreciated the opportunity to offer my introduction in English, allowing me greater authenticity and consequently a deeper connection with the energy in the room. ✨💫💛

Thank you for trusting me to hold space for you as we move deeper into autumn and ‘letting go’. I can't wait to welcome you again soon! 🙏😊💗

Ik wil iedereen die gisteren aan mijn klankbad heeft deelgenomen heel erg bedanken. Het was heel bijzonder om jullie bij mij thuis te mogen verwelkomen om te genieten van helende trillingen – een echt cadeau. 🙏

Ik vind het heerlijk om klankbaden te organiseren voor kleinere, meer intieme groepen, en zoals altijd stelde dit niet teleur. Het was een genoegen en een voorrecht om jullie voor en na het klankbad te leren kennen – er waren krachtige energieën in de aanloop naar de volle maan van morgen, met enkele sterke energieverschuivingen tijdens de sessie. Het was ook geweldig om te praten over taal en hoe die de flow van iemand kan beïnvloeden wanneer hij of zij dit werk doet. Ik heb echt genoten van en gewaardeerd dat ik mijn introductie in het Engels mocht geven, waardoor ik authentieker kon zijn en daardoor een diepere verbinding kon maken met de energie in de ruimte. ✨💫💛

Bedankt voor jullie vertrouwen in mij om ruimte voor jullie te creëren terwijl we dieper ingaan op het ‘loslaten’ dat de herfst met zich meebrengt. Ik kan niet wachten om jullie snel weer te verwelkomen! 🙏😊💗

Today, as I walked barefoot through the forest, I had a wonderful encounter with this glorious slow worm. Such a magical creature, like a sliver of golden light across the Earth. So incredibly beautiful! 🪱💛💫

Apparently slow worms symbolise transformation, growth, healing and re-birth. What a wonderful creature to meet on the full moon around the pinnacle of the Lion's Gate. Feeling blessed and safely held by Mother Earth! 🙏🌏✨️

Vandaag, toen ik op blote voeten door het bos liep, had ik een prachtige ontmoeting met deze schitterende hazelworm. Wat een magisch wezen, als een streepje gouden licht over de aarde. Zo ongelooflijk mooi! 🪱💛💫

Blinde slangen symboliseren transformatie, groei, genezing en wedergeboorte. Wat een prachtig wezen om te ontmoeten tijdens de volle maan rond het hoogtepunt van de Leeuwenpoort. Ik voel me gezegend en veilig omarmd door Moeder Aarde! 🙏🌏✨️

Jiminy Cricket has been hopping into my life on a daily basis recently, so I thought I'd hop online and see what messages he has for me. A symbol of good luck, protection, and connection to the spirit world, his appearance reminds me to trust my intuition as I move through a period of transformation and change. He also reminds me that dear loved ones who have left the physical realm are never far away, and that connection remains possible from deep within. 💕

I'm feeling called to deepen my connection within, through nature, meditation, sound, movement and creativity. I will be starting up my regular sound baths again soon and looking to collaborate with others to offer workshops and retreats. I can't wait to see you all soon! 💫✨️🙏

Jiminy Cricket springt de laatste tijd dagelijks mijn leven binnen, dus ik dacht dat ik maar eens online moest gaan om te zien welke boodschappen hij voor me heeft. Als symbool van geluk, bescherming en verbinding met de geestenwereld, herinnert zijn verschijning me eraan om op mijn intuïtie te vertrouwen terwijl ik door een periode van transformatie en verandering ga. Hij herinnert me er ook aan dat dierbaren die het fysieke rijk hebben verlaten nooit ver weg zijn en dat verbinding vanuit een diep innerlijk mogelijk blijft. 💕

Ik voel me geroepen om mijn innerlijke verbinding te verdiepen door middel van natuur, meditatie, klank, beweging en creativiteit. Binnenkort start ik weer met mijn reguliere klankbaden en zoek ik samenwerking met anderen om workshops en retraites aan te bieden. Ik kan niet wachten om jullie binnenkort allemaal te zien! 💫✨️💖
