Starting Saturday, March 7 – 8-Week Beginner Hatha Yoga Course
We are starting an 8-week Hatha Yoga course for beginners this Saturday. The course will be taught in English by Melanie Kroet. Melanie speaks both English and Dutch.
In this series of classes, you will be introduced to Hatha yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and yoga postures to help bring your body and mind into relaxation and balance. Everyone is welcome.
