Meet the trainer💪🏼
I’m José, founder of MYGYM, with over 18 years of experience in the fitness industry. From teaching Body Pump classes to coaching one-on-one personal training clients, I’ve done it all. I used to love pushing myself to the limit with functional training, but over time, I found my true passion in smart, sustainable strength training. I was the first to introduce EMS in the northern Netherlands because I believe in innovation, but only when it’s grounded in what truly works. MYGYM was born from that passion: personal, evidence-based, and always focused on what’s possible for you!

Meet the trainer💪🏼
Hey everyone! I’m Martina, and many of you already know me around MyGym. To give you a little bit of information about my background, I’ve been passionate about movement and sports since I was 5 years old, starting with dance, falling in love with contact sports as Karate and Boxing, then getting into CrossFit, and now embracing a hybrid training style that blends strength, conditioning, and mobility. I’m currently finishing my bachelor’s in Sport Studies and about to start my internship in a couple of months, which is an exciting step to close this chapter. For me, fitness is all about feeling strong, confident and having fun, and I love helping you all do the same. Whether you’re chasing big goals or just getting started, I’m here to support you, push you, and celebrate your wins, so keep showing up and let’s keep crushing it together!🙌🏽

Meet the trainer💪🏼
Hi! My name is Scott, I’m one of the trainers at MyGym. I have been working at this gym for a few years, which allowed me to learn a lot about training, nutrition, and fitness. My interest in fitness initially started with my will to improve my own training methods, which I managed through researching the literature of this field, and learning from my peers. Over time, this interest developed into a tool to help others as well, which I find both a fun and fulfilling job. If you would like some guidance in your fitness journey, feel free to approach me!

Meet the trainer💪🏼
Hi all, my name is Chey and I’m from Zimbabwe currently pursuing a bachelors degree in sports studies. My own background in sport and training include competing in swimming, waterpolo and field hockey at an international level, but my focus has shifting towards a more functional, hybrid approach to training in the last two years. My training style is evidence based, and created with the intention of functionality and performance rather than aesthetic.

Sportschool Beverly Hills Training staat dan wel bekend als de eerste EMS studio van het Noorden, maar inmiddels hebben wij nog zo veel meer!
Groepslessen, Personal Training, EMS en Burn Belly het is allemaal mogelijk bij ons.
Samen met uw (personal) trainer wordt er gekeken naar welke wensen er zijn en welke methodes het beste bij u past. Tijdens het eerste bezoek doen wij een intake gesprek waar we de doelen bespreken. Aan de hand hiervan kunnen wij een persoonlijk trainingsschema voor jou maken. Als je dit wenst dan kunnen wij tijdens dit eerste gesprek BMI, gewicht, vetpercentage, spiermassa, metabolisme en het visceraal vet meten. Wij leggen uit wat deze waardes zijn en wat het betekent voor het lichaam.
Wij zijn gevestigd aan de Akkerstraat 97A in de stad Groningen. Met inmiddels 10 jaar ervaring in de health, sport en afslank wereld zijn wij altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen op dit gebied.
