Vinyasa means breathing and movement system. For each movement, there is one breath. "The purpose of vinyasa is for internal cleansing" ("Ashtanga Yoga"). Synchronizing breathing and movement in the asanas (=postures) heats the blood, cleaning and thinning it so that it may circulate more freely. Improved blood circulation relieves joint pain and removes toxins and disease from the internal organs. The sweat generated from the heat of vinyasa then carries the impurities out of the body. About Sasja
Sasja is passionate about nature, surfing, yoga, fresh juices, healthy food and lots more. Sas loves waking up in sunshine, love the great outdoors and be by the ocean and in the mountains. Alongside my yoga career I am also a masseuse, specializing in deep tissue relaxation massages, soothes sore muscles after surfing! Followed the yogateacher training by Johan Noorloos, Anat Geiger and Marcel van de Vis Heil, www.yogateacher.nl, intensive Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training. To get inspiration and progress as a teacher I follow workshops and training events from different teachers such as Shauna Slingsby, Manu
Jois, David Swenson, Barbara Cruz, Michael Gannon, Simon Park, Shiva Rea, David Lurey a.o. My yoga classes are vinyasa stye, flowing movements with power, like the ocean.. Also Possible; Private classes, group classes, theme classes or looking for a substitute teacher, yoga holidays...

Breathe, Smile, Unwind & Flow -

In need for some exercise, power & movement or in need for relaxation and turning inwards? My yoga classes can be powerful and flowing * vinyasa stye, flowing movements with power, like the ocean..or calm and relaxed **Yin style. Or a combination yin/yang - hatha yoga.

Or are you more in need for total relaxation? I also offer massages.
