I’ve been certified as a DNS Exercise Trainer for 10 years.
👉 And this weekend… I finally taught my first workshop.

Not because I was waiting for the “right time.”
But because I was waiting for the right person to teach it with.

A few years ago, I encouraged Sara to take her DNS training. This weekend, we got to stand together and share it. This workshop was years in the making.

We talked about how:
✨ Posture is a brain strategy — not a muscle effort.
✨ The diaphragm is the anchor of spinal stability.
✨ True core strength feels expansive, not tight.
✨ Most pain patterns are compensation patterns.
✨ When the nervous system organizes better, posture improves automatically.

But the real magic?
Watching people realize their body isn’t “broken.” It just needs better organization. Their eyes literally light up when they feel their core supporting them for the first time.

Over the past few months, my skin has been not great. 😮‍💨

Stress from my failed eye surgeries sent my hormones into a spiral, and my body definitely let me know.

So I went into repair mode 🛠️:
✨ Regular facials
🔥 More sauna time
🧘‍♀️ Real stress relief
🧠 Nervous system support

And slowly… my glow came back ✨

But here’s the important part 👇
I decided not to stop the facials now that my skin looks better.
Why?

Because prevention > reaction 💥
