Looks like new! Come along and watch the before after pics.
In our workshop our experienced crew is working to get these Stryker Power-PRO XT stretchers refurbished, and working to get them as close to new as possible. Have a look in our workshop. The whole process in just a few bullets:
- Disassembly of every part
- Assess what needs to be done
- Replace parts with wear and tear
- Respray parts
- Cleaning parts
- Assemble
- Mount new parts
- Stickering
- Testing/service
At first we disassemble the stretcher, the old wheels are thrown away, as well as any other part that might be broken. We closely inspect each function and determine what needs fixing. Bruises to the frame get some putty, handcraft. When the freshly painted parts are ready, the stretchers are assembled again, they get new wheels, caps, hydraulic hoses, oil, handles, etc. Another testround to examine whether every part of the stretcher does what it needs to do, and finally another colleague tests again, and then comes the final judgment in the form of a sticker with 'Klaar', the Dutch word for ready.
*Summary*
Every stretcher, regular as well as electric, will be restored to highest possible quality: Cleaned & polished, repainted & repaired, serviced & parts renewed.
