SACRED SOUNDS | 27th September "Breath of Release"
27th of September we will Resonate with the energy of the Sun.
Her warm rays are still warm enough to warm our bodies. Still there to put a smile on our faces, to warm our hearts.
We will look for the message of the hummingbird, she will open our heart and remind us of the sweetness of life, the joy of the small and simple things. The sun on our face, the caress of the wind, the soft touch of the grass, the reflection of the sunlight in the early dewdrops. She reminds us of the gratitude of life, that even through the hardships, the struggles, there is beauty around us, beauty within us. She reminds us to stand still, not to push forward, but to look around and look at all the beauty that is there at any given moment. She reminds us that when we remember to look at all those things we remember how blessed we are, how sweet and beautiful life is. To breathe in all this beauty into our body, into our cells, to expell all the worries and the thoughts and to just enjoy the touch of the grass, the wind on our faces, the sun on our skin. To just be, be in the moment, in the now.
