The term "healing" in modern Western society is often disguised as another marketed product, filtered through capitalism and disconnected from its original wisdom traditions. Commercialized without their cultural context and rooted more in profit than in genuine transformation.
Nobody can heal you, only you can allow yourself to heal. This doesn't mean you have to do it all by yourself. But when you ask someone in to help you, a true facilitator of healing, guides you to become self-aware and find your own healing or answers. This should always include tools that you can implement in your daily life, without co-depence or them telling you about your story/path.
There is no quick fix to feeling whole (=healing), because it asks you to be self-aware of your deeprooted conditioning and patterns. Often hidden in the unconscious layers of your being, a combination of the mental, ancestral, physical, emotional and energetic plane of your existence.
This may sound like a huge "task" to unravel or become aware of, but to become aware is to simply listen within. Because your body holds all the answers you need. So it only asks you to prioritise time for yourself.
A way to listen is to sit in meditation, this is a great tool that you can always implement or attain to. Meditation helps to observe your inner world, like thoughts and feelings. To meditate is surely not a goal to be silent or free of thoughts, but merely be an observer of all that lives in you.
By creating awareness you can then start to create a deep connection within. Through the noise of the world or maybe the noise inside, there is always a subtle whisper of your heart. The more you connect within, the better you can hear the essence of your being. And by establishing a heart connection, you can start feeling and remembering that you are a unique expression of the One, rooted in love.
So healing is less about becoming someone new, but rather unlearning what you had to become from your past experiences or memory, that just doesn't feel true anymore.
