I am Pleuni Apollonia, Yoga teacher, Musician and soundhealer from the Netherlands. One of my biggest passions besides teaching body awareness in my Vinyasa and Yin classes, is to bring people together in ceremony and celebration, using the power of mantra and medicine songs. In my soundhealings I work with specific vibrations to help release tension, support the flow of energy, and promote emotional balance. Another beautiful quality of music is that it connects, and brings you more into your heart. Togetherness is a huge theme in my life because I understand the importance of having a spiritual family that helps you grow. I love bringing people together, creating a safe container of likeminded souls, a circle of support, a tribe…..I am a connector. Together with my partner Robert, I am guiding plant medicine ceremonies and bigger events like our 'Mantra & Medicine weekend'. This is a journey where we take you deeper into the world of the transformative power of music, chants and rituals. Our voice is an instrument. Liberating it can help you heal and express your truth. Each event has a different theme and is like an initiation into a different season, holding it’s own unique elements and teachings. We integrate music from all over the world because we believe in inviting and experiencing áll aspects of life. The light, the love, the bliss, but also the darkness and the rawness. Working with these different energies helps us grow and become more of who we really are.
