Today we worked with Toth (Djehuty) one of the oldest - sometimes said to be atlantean - gods of ancient egypt.
God of wisdom, magic and writing as he brought forth the hyeroglyphs, Toth helps us stepping into self mastery by seeing throguh the stories we tell ourselves, flipping the script,and rewriting - it free from conditionings and limiting beliefs.

A deep sense of calm has been flowing throguh me and throguh the day.
The calm before all will start moving.
The villa is just stunning.
Our program exciting.
Louisa and I intuned, grounded and so so ready.
A sense naturalness to all of this.
Grateful for the ceremony and medicine of Sacred Cacao and Blue Lotus last night for affirming how perfectly aligned all of this is.
Magic all around, once more.

Not that it surprises me, but coming back to Egypt has been quite the ride (and it's been only 4 days)...
There is something here so powerful that I have not experienced anywhere else.
First of all - I have left for 6 months, but since coming back on day one, it feels like I never have left.
It's the same feeling I had when I came here the first time.
Have you ever arrived to a place for the first time, and feeling like you had been missing it for all your life without knowing? This.
The energies of Egypt are undeniable, primordial, pure and so deeply powerful that they pe*****te you right into the core of your being - right into the primordial truth of your nature... To remind you of that nature.
On it's way to the core of your being, they will shake up and rumble all that is not in alignment with that core truth within you.
Sometimes through the gentle caresses of the desert wind,
sometimes through the soothing sounds of the Nile waters touching the shores,
or the birds' songs through the babana and wheatfields...
Sometimes shaking you up and rumbling through your body like you are on a wild rollercoaster ride.
And what a ride.
Your natural reaction may be to hold on tight
but I would suggest..:
Surrender and be taken into an experience your mind could never have imaginedπ
This is what Egypt does.
It holds in front of your eyes that which is needed to be looked at through a critical lens. Your ideas, beliefs, patterns, conditionings - Are they in alignment with who you truly are, in your purest nature?
It gently reminds you of the deepest universal truths.
It shows you the magic and mysteries of Life through seemingly everyday moments.
It holds up mirrors that you cannot escape nor deny.
And while doing so it invites you to embody more of your purest nature.
Which means embodying more of your truest expression and full power.
If you allow it, it will crack you and open you deeply - for your truth to grow and shine out of you.
We are living in powerful times with big shifts happening. As above, so below, as within, so without...

WORSHIP OF THE DIVINE MASCULINE
My past week has been all about the masculine, offering the 4 hands ta***ic rituals for men with Stefanie .
Those sessions were a deeply healing journey, and a worship of the masculine. Each session we gave was an invitation for the man receiving, to land deeply in his pure, divine masculine and heal parts that were ready to be transformed.
There would have been a time in my life, where the ''wounded'' part in me, would be in full judgement of this.
She would say '' Worshipping the masculine? It's the masculine that hurt you. You can't trust it. It's the masculine that is the reason of all distortion in the world! How could you worship that?" And more of this.
That voice came from my own wounded places towards the masculine within me, that I did not attend to yet.
My wounded part would think that worshipping the masculine, would mean making myself smaller. Bowing my head and being submissive.
Today I know β It is not about the feminine or masculine being something more or less than the other.
It is about equality, balance, harmony and union.
It is about both polarities being in their healthy expression and qualities.
Not only were these 4 hands healing sessions deep journeys for these men, they were also a gift for me, as stepping into this role allowed my divine feminine to step forward and offer her worship.
I feel a deep, ancient remembrance of this Sacred Work that emerges from within me, and I feel a deep humbleness in offering it.
While worshipping the masculine I can feel the purity of that ''act''.
When the divine masculine is worshipped, it naturally softens and opens (his heart). There is a natural exchange happening: when it's honored, all that the divine masculine wants, is to support, provide, protect.
All the divine feminine wants, when supported, provided for, nurtured and protected, is to honor and worship. To love, express, flow and move in her sensual grace.
And so, there is a natural, harmonious and balanced cycle of (energy)exchange.... [continues in comments]

Resting & integrating after a week of giving 4 Hands Ta***ic Healing sessions with Stefanie.
I am once again in deep awe of the power of the Ta***ic Healing work and deeply humbled by the courageous 6 men that came for this experience, allowing themselves to open and let themselves be taken on an unknown and powerful inner journey... that trusted themselves and us enough to be cracked open and be touched in deep layers of their being.
I deeply bow for the men who came to us, and all the men who are doing their inner work.
This work is so needed.

Last week I attended a super powerful 1-day breathwork retreat guided by Erica Rijnsburger, Pepita Luiten and Rens Hulshof.
WOW. What a day. Deeply grateful for those 3 great facilitators!
3 full on breathing / activation workshops in one day, and for me, it was one big party of powerful, POWERFUL energies moving throug, literally shaking my whole body and system, all day long.
That day, the woman you see in this picture came up and out again.
Actually much stronger than in this picutre.
My WILD, RAW, PASSIONATE FIRE woman.
SHE IS MY TRUE NATURE.
I didn't see and feel her so fully for a while!
And it felt SO GOOD.
She feels more strong and alive in me than ever before.
To feel her fierceness, her fire, her determination, her ''I won't keep myself hiding anymore out of fears of other's opinions'',
her sacred heart flame burning.
BURNING FOR TRUTH from within my being.
