Our Story
When I was 22 years old I started with yoga. I practiced to a video in my bedroom. Soon after that I went to Iyengar classes together with my sister. A very good fundament to work from.
Since then I have done teacher trainings with different teachers like Katheryn Budig, Shiva Rea, Twee Merigan and others. My practice has changed many times already as my life has changed.
I have a loving fiancee, two beautiful daughters, two cats and all that comes with that.
This last year was a year full of hurdles to overcome. My fiancée had and operation, I had a concussion, we renovated our ground floor and on top of that, my little girl broke her leg. I had to let it happen. I was not able to fight or stress anymore. So I changed my life. I made simple changes to be able to care better for myself and care better for my family. I changed gyms for one with daycare so I can go during week days. I have all the groceries delivered (saves me about 2.5 hours each week ;-). And I stopped caring about housework so much.
I want to help you find your happy place. A place where you can feel at ease and ready to take on the world and any new challenges you want to. I want to give you the tools to cope with any stress. Tools to be able to step out of your comfort zone and try new things. Tools to always come back to your center, to who you want to be.
