Meet Kristel, our guest trainer for the first week of February. Keep an eye out for the dates and events planned.✨🧘

Kristel is a qualified yoga, mat and reformer Pilates instructor from London. Her teaching style reflects her embodied knowledge of these disciplines.
Kristel discovered her love of the reformer 8 years ago quickly noticed how regular Reformer Pilates classes complemented her yoga practice.
The increased strength and mobility, mind focus, and the ability to push the boundaries of strength and control are the benefits she credits Reformer Pilates for.
Her goal in class is to encourage you to leave your comfort zone and come out stronger on all levels.
