Relax it's the weekend! Are you looking forward to this weekend?

We have our normal classes on Saturday (please note it's 9:30 am start for the next 3 weeks) and Sunday am. Both classes are with the wonderful Daniela Gfeller

Our special once a month Pranayama class with Paula is also this Sunday at 18pm for advanced practitioners.
