Hier weer een nieuwe channel van mij over de waarde van emoties. met een warme knuffel, Micha
Celebrate your emotions.
Sometimes your emotions can feel great. You feel secure, confident, happy, peaceful or any other emotion that you would call positive. But as a human being you can also feel other darker emotions. You can feel grief, hurt, anger, resentment, guilt or any other emotion that you might call negative. If you feel these emotions you might tend to try to avoid these emotions. You could supress them by going in to addictive behaviour, you might judge these emotions for what they are or you might put boundaries around your heart to not feel these painful emotions too much.
These emotions are however not there to hurt you. They are there in fact to help you, to guide you to a place that calls for attention. They are your friend if you listen closely to them. You don’t have to become the anger, the grief or the guilt, but it might help you to allow these emotions to be fully present in your body. To see them and feel them, to embrace them rather then judge them. To hold them closely to your heart so they can soften and heal. To not analyse them but to just give them space.
So please try and see if you can embrace and maybe even celebrate these beautiful emotions, they are yours and they are your gateway to becoming even more of who you truly are. Shine your light and show your gifts. We see you and believe in you! With so much love!
