That’s why we’re proud to highlight the partnership between our group company SEKISUI KYDEX EX and the German design studio Neomind on the IdeenzugUrban – the “Urban Ideas Train” – for Hamburg’s SBahn.

💡 This forward‑looking concept explores how innovative materials, new technologies, and agile development can transform the passenger experience in urban rail. Together, the teams showed how advanced thermoplastics, embedded customization, and fast prototyping can support more sustainable, durable, and visually cohesive interiors.

✨ And yes, the collaboration was recognised with RedCabin’s Collaboration of the Year award!

An extremely corroded DN1200 sewer line beneath a busy roadway was rehabilitated without excavation, avoiding major traffic disruption.

Using the SEKISUI SPR™ RO (Rotaloc) spiral-wound lining technology, the team completed the structural renewal of 184 meters of pipeline in just three days — safely, efficiently, and fully trenchless.
