In Czechia, the land of my roots, today people are celebrating all those named Kateřina. Katharina, Katrina, Katrien, Catherine - all the variations of this name stem from the Greek origine, meaning 'pure'. I wish you a day of pure light, and I wish a happy nameday to myself! 😊✨️

Wat is de symboliek van de dragonflies, libellen, volgens alle oorspronkelijke civilisaties? En wat heeft dat te maken met Econidra?

Daar mocht ik over vertellen boven in de boom, uitkijkend op een vennetje met allemaal libellen, vlinders en meer. Zelf te gast van onze Levensboomsessies video podcast met - de volle aflevering staat binnenkort op Youtube. 💚🌳😊

Op een prachtige zonnige herfstochtend van 12 november zijn 3 mensen en 1 eekhoorn samengekomen in een boom.

De eekhoorn voelde zich zo chill bij ons gesprek dat hij niet alleen in dezelfde boom heeft gespeeld, maar op een gegeven moment letterlijk een halve meter boven Joost z'n hoofd kwam snuffelen. En geen wonder! Wat hij zei was zo enorm inspirerend en kloppend!

Houd in de gaten (ook op Youtube) als je deze en de andere gesprekken vanuit en vanonder de boom wilt zien en horen!

The practice has been incredibly helpful in my recovery from recent surgery. The surgery went well, and I'd like to express my gratitude to all the EcoNIDRA teachers around the world who have supported me. I've beed doing your recorded EcoNIDRA sessions every single day. I feel carried, held and nourished to dwell in my recovery cocoon, in tune with the start of the biological winter. 🙏🍂🍁🐿
