Did you know that babies are growing machines? Up until the age of six months, babies grow approximately 2.5 cms per month. This number decreases to about 1.3 cms per month from seven- to twelve months.

Evidence has shown that if a mother in labour receives continuous support throughout the birth and labour process, both mom and her baby are more likely to have a positive outcome and birth experience.
