Hallo, ik ben Samira, een pas afgestudeerde fysiotherapeut afkomstig uit Brazilië. Ik heb een passie voor het helpen van mensen om beter te bewegen en zich sterker te voelen. Tijdens mijn stages heb ik ervaring opgedaan met neurologische aandoeningen zoals de ziekte van Parkinson, maar ook met sportrevalidatie en triggerpointtherapie.

Ik geloof sterk in de kracht van beweging en lichaamsbeweging om de kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren. Ik ben altijd leergierig en wil mijn vaardigheden blijven ontwikkelen, zodat ik mijn patiënten de best mogelijke zorg kan bieden.

Buiten mijn werk houd ik van reizen, drummen, gamen en actief bezig zijn in de sportschool of door te sporten.

Mijn naam is Zehra en ik ben een ervaren fysiotherapeut uit Pakistan. Sinds 2015 werk ik als fysiotherapeut in ziekenhuizen en speciale kinderzorgcentra.
Mijn specialisaties zijn manuele therapie, sportmassage en dry needling. Ik werk vlot met verschillende elektrotherapeutische modaliteiten en heb ruime ervaring in het behandelen van borstaandoeningen met behulp van ademhalingsoefeningen. Daarnaast heb ik ervaring in de kinderfysiotherapie.
Ik heb uitgebreid gewerkt in de hartrevalidatie en beroerterevalidatie (CVA) en voel mij zeer competent binnen deze vakgebieden. Ook behandel ik patiënten na orthopedische operaties. Verder heb ik ervaring met klachten zoals kaakpijn (TMJ) en bekkenbodemklachten.
Naast mijn reguliere fysiotherapeutische werk heb ik mij verdiept in hijama (cuppingtherapie), wat samen met dry needling tot mijn specialiteiten behoort. Daarnaast heb ik ervaring als Zumba-instructeur, waarbij ik groepslessen gaf in de sportschool.
Tot slot behandel ik ook patiënten met duizeligheidsklachten (vertigo). Ik werk met veel toewijding, professionaliteit en passie voor mijn vak.

Ik ben fysiotherapeut uit Portugal en loop momenteel stage in deze kliniek.

Ik werk volgens een evidence-based, persoonsgerichte aanpak, waarbij ik een biopsychosociaal model gebruik om elke patiënt als geheel te begrijpen, voorbij de symptomen alleen. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat oefentherapie en manuele therapie essentiële onderdelen van herstel zijn en ik integreer deze met klinische redenering en patiënteneducatie. Mijn belangrijkste interessegebieden zijn cardiorespiratoire fysiotherapie en digitale gezondheid, waarbij ik zorg combineer met innovatie om de gezondheid, het functioneren en de kwaliteit van leven te verbeteren.

In mijn vrije tijd geniet ik van lange wandelingen met mijn huisdieren, het kijken van series en reizen. Mijn liefde voor reizen was een van de belangrijkste redenen waarom ik naar Nederland ben verhuisd, omdat ik het leuk vind om nieuwe culturen en levenswijzen te ontdekken.
