A class to soften, release, and create space from the inside out
This class is built around the Pralaya Fascia Yoga practice: a gentle yet profound method that works deeply into the muscles and the fascia that envelops all our tissues. Through slow, mindful movements and beautiful fascia-stretching exercises, we invite more space, length, and inner strength into the body.
Guided by Roos, a certified Pralaya | fascia-yoga teacher, the class takes place in a comfortable temperature (max. 23°C) and combines gentle yoga, stretching, and subtle strengthening. The intention is not to push, but to soften, creating ease in the body and a calmer, more spacious state of mind.
