✨ 𝕋𝕙𝕖 𝔸𝕣𝕥 𝕠𝕗 ℕ𝕦𝕣𝕥𝕦𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 ℝ𝕖𝕝𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟𝕤𝕙𝕚𝕡𝕤

𝙄𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚 to be part of an ‘𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢’ which exchange, of vital nutrients and supportive communication, is 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜.

𝙄𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙚 an underneath root network which, in intimacy, connects the whole of life, removing toxins and being so vibrant that might alerts all the members of impeding threats.

Imagine a community which underscores each mate’s role as a crucial element in ensuring its 𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜.

Being in a relationship which prompts supportive dynamics of 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Where everyone would possess an enhanced awareness of one another's longings, needs and challenges.

Where, during crises, 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙪𝙥𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙛𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙 𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜, would be intimate, sensitively present, caring that no one would endure difficulties in isolation.

Imagine a profound interconnectedness. 𝙎𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙣𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙟𝙤𝙮, 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚, which guides us deeper than the visible system, there, where we can connect to what was interrupting the flow of live and free our capacity to prosper.

𝙄𝙣 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙚𝙭𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙚.
There are no 𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙖𝙣𝙞𝙨𝙢𝙨 which survive in complete isolation.
Everything seems to gather, 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙘𝙮 within an interwoven landscape of communication.
An intimacy which creates 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜.
Belonging to the natural world, to our own body, to each other and to our dreams.
A belonging that softens our organism into 𝙫𝙪𝙡𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮.
Into a vulnerable state which immerses us into a world of sensory encounters with what is 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙪𝙨.

Can we experience what we don’t believe in?
What happens when we gather into tribes?
When our search for meaning meets the other?
When skin meets skin?
When bone meets bone?
What happens when the other invites us into a space of new perceptions and new 'understandings'?
Teaching us of unknown realms?
Guiding us into including what till now has been hidden from our perception?

We have given a 𝙜𝙞𝙛𝙩.

You have what I miss.
I have what you miss.
Imagine the richness.
The richness that is given when we dare to meet.

What might happen when, through the encounter, the perception widens, and we are able to experience the unexperienced?

How would our belief system shift, when the radiance of an unknown new dawn shines in?

This is what we experience during a ShamaSomatic Constellations process.
The facilitator, the participants, our mother land, the land which guests us, the sky and the earth, our ancestors, our descendants, the life experiences meet in one field.
New relationships call us into a widened perception of life.
We show each other what we haven’t been able to ‘see’.
New beliefs emerge creating the possibility to experience what till this moment was extraneous to us.

The armour that seemed needed as a protection from what was different from us is deposed and the vulnerability necessary to cultivate reciprocity brings us into true connection.
We become someone new.
We move differently through life, ready to undertake adventurous adventures in a world that becomes fluid, ever changing, responsive and meaningful.

In gratitude to the daring group of explorers that, last Saturday, came together to weave with 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙒𝙚𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙧 (A one day ShamaSomatic Constellations Process).

" Having all the outer planets, except Pluto, which is changing sign this year ahead of the rest, move from earth and water signs into fire and air signs in 2026 signals a profound period of transition beginning now and extending through that time.
We’re speaking of Jupiter, Saturn, Chiron, Uranus, and Neptune ALL making this change from completing a cycle to beginning anew.

Knowing this can offer us some reassurance and confidence that even though it may seem as if “the ship is sinking,” it is actually just completing one leg of its journey and sailing into a new foreign port where many discoveries are yet to be made.
We may have gotten used to sailing, but it’s been so long since we set off that we may be nervous and fearful of the uncharted lands we’re approaching.

'How do we learn to navigate movement, to become it?
To navigate chaos, confusion, and change?
Innovation comes only in moments of disequilibrium.

Embracing instability into finding support.

✨ 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙨

We planted a seed on our way to Earth.
We made a promise to life and to our soul to nourish and feed that seed.
A seed, which holds our longings and our deepest values.
Which holds our belonging to the infinitely vast abundant well of love, joy and sparkling emergence.
Tending to it is our life journey.
Fertilizing it, nurturing it into becoming a rooted beautiful tree, witnessing its flowering and receiving its juicy fruits is our only duty here on Earth.

Social, cultural and family entanglements tame our soul's expressiveness and blurred that connection to the ‘original’ seed.
We get trapped into the belief that something is wrong with us.
That something needs to be repaired, fixed and changed.
We fear “dissolution”, falling into a pattern which is solutionism oriented, a search for healing that never ceases.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙠𝙞𝙣 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙤𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙨 is a training for deep explorers, it is a process of empowerment.
A shift in consciousness from mending into tending.
Healing is not the arrival destination anymore, but a fold into the process of becoming that fruitful tree.
Any meeting with disharmony and the “symptoms” of that disharmony becomes a movement of “reconciliation” with what, till that moment, have been excluded and rejected.
Calling back to belonging parts of us that were in service of a self that knew only self-love, self-respect, and inner wealth and abundance.

This training journey is a process of acknowledging, claiming and owning that promise, that seed.
Tending to it and following it into its full ripeness.
It is a process of acknowledging, claiming and owning our longings, our strengths and our resources.
It is a choice to feed a life worth living.
It is a choice to feed a life of abundance.
It is a shift from brokenness into a being of resourceful strength.
