Yess, I have one more tool in my toolbox: acupuncture. With it s precision, this technique completes my capacities. I feel now like I am able to balance between the 5 elements: Fire, Earth, Metal, Water and Wood.

OOOUUPSS...and you re on the ground.

Whether you fell because the road is slippery or a car "helped" you to. It hurts your body, your ego, your spirit.

Do you recognize this ?
1. the moment you touch the ground and feel instant pain. -the body-
2. your head checks if you are all in one piece -the mind-
3. see people around you checking that too
4. stand up feeling shame (!)- the ego-and say okay
5. go sit to recover, get yourself together
6. get yourself home
7. and then, only by then, when everything seems safe : all the emotions overflow 😢
-the spirit, shin, shen-
In the end, It is the one that is most bothered by trauma. I am glad I know shiatsu to help that part. Works for myself too :-)

I am busy with shiatsu on the mat and on chair, learning to handle needles and still playing daily with my tablet's pencils

Are you ready?
The kids go back to school and their activities whereas adults also go back to their busy schedules and social life.

I am ready myself! I had a good summer and I am ready to receive my favorite patients on the futon but also ready for acupuncture school ! One nicely busy year ahead ;-)

The International Shiatsu Day and our last workshop before the summer break took place outside under the sun....
This is such a blessing.
It combines my favorite things about shiatsu: grounding (outdoors) and sharing.
My holiday will keep in this spirit and I ll be back for more...hopefully with beach options ;-)
