For many, it’s simply a fun and playful day🎃
For some, this day is considered evil.
For others, it’s just a commercial day.
For witches and pagans, it marks Samhain, the ancient harvest festival that honors the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.
In Mexico, this time of year is celebrated as Día de los Mu***os, the Day of the Dead, a beautiful tradition to remember and honor loved ones who have passed away. 💀🌼
For me, it’s also the day before my birthday, my personal “old year."
I think back to fun custumed parties with my sisters, creative makeovers with my lovely cousin and so many other beautiful memories.
And… five years ago today, I met Shurman for the first time. 🥰
