We are constantly being exposed to vibrations in our lives and constantly being affected by them, often without realising. When you go into a room and there has just been an argument in that room, often you can ‘feel’ it. Like the anger lingers somehow. Likewise if you go into a really haunted house, often you feel it too. This is because the vibration of the past lingers and stays.

So what is our role as human beings to stay happy and healthy? We need to connect to the Vibration of Life - the highest vibration given to us at this time from the source of life. When we connect to this, we are connecting to the brightest light, most powerful love and strongest energy. When we are with this vibration, we start to feel happy, open, full of love, gratitude and have a passion for life. We start to return to our original nature.

Here at Sun Kyeong, our method helps you connect to that vibration, through the vibration given in our energy treatments and the vibration you can connect to in our classes and meditations. When you receive this on a regular basis, gradually you can start to feel lighter, happy, more connected and more energised.
