Move, Release, Restore through the Elements
This immersive 3,5 hour in-person workshop invites you into a deep, embodied exploration of the elements through conscious movement / dance meditation and yin yoga.
We will journey through the elemental energies - earth, water, fire, air, and space - using embodied movement, breath, stillness, and guided inner awareness. The workshop offers a combination of dynamic exploration, an intuitive way to listen to the body’s wisdom, release stored tension, and reconnect with our innate vitality and Yin Yoga, inviting us into longer-held, floor-based postures that gently open the deeper layers of the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for integration.
Expect a balance of expressive movement and nourishing stillness, supported by music, guidance, and moments of reflection. No prior experience is needed, this workshop is open to all bodies and abilities, with invitation to move at your own pace and honor your unique rhythm.
You’ll leave feeling more rooted, spacious, and attuned; carrying the elemental qualities into everyday life.
