The holiday season is here! Full of sparkle, get togethers and full calendars.

We’ve created a special schedule to give you a moment to pause, move, and reconnect, even during these busy  days ✨

You can join these classes:

Wednesday December 24th
* Vinyasa w/ Angelique (09:00AM)
* Yin yang w/ Roos (10:30AM)


Thursday December 25th
* Gentle flow w/ Roos (10:00AM)


Friday December 26th
* Yin w/ Joyce (10:00AM)


Wednesday December 31st

Thursday January 1st the studio will be closed.

All the other days, the schedule is as usual.

HE IS BACK!

After more than 6 months away, we’re so happy to share that Luca, our cat with nine lives, is returning to the schedule 🥳

Guiding yoga classes, sharing stories, and offering his insights are what he does best, and we’re so excited to welcome his voice back into the studio 💙

Luca will guide his first class on Saturday, the 26th of December at 11:45 (Vinyasa).

Starting in January he’ll be back with 4 regular weekly classes:
Tuesday 17:00 – Yin Yang
Thursday 10:30 – Yin Yang
Saturday 11:45 – Vinyasa
Sunday 11:45 – Yin

THE CATS AT CIRQUE DU SOLEIL

What a night….😻 Yesterday we went with (almost) our entire crew for a more then fabulous team outing!

What started only a little over 2 years ago with just the 5 of us, has become a group of 20 people! Can you believe it? We want to thank all of you for your work, efforts and love you put in The Yoga Alley. We’re deeply grateful that you choose to be part of this community. 💙

And we’re proud to say we got to celebrate our team in the best possible way 🥳

We started our evening with some drinks, bites & chats at Bouzy. Followed by a short walk to the Malieveld to see the show Kurios by CIRQUE DU SOLEIL!
The performers, decor, costumes. A surrelistic dream where you need 4 more pairs of eyes to see all the beauty and crazy talented performances. Wonder, laughter and amazement for 2 hours straight!
