It is a holistic modality that blends centuries old yogic knowledge and other contemplative practices, psychotherapeutic tools with permaculture, plant medicine, herbalism and nutrition. In Terrapy, I do not want to re-connect you to nature, but I want to help you realize, that you yourself — are nature. I help you find your way in your landscape of memories, your maze of remembrance and pain. There are thousand-and-one tools already within you, and very nearby, waiting to be released. Our community is a safe and supportive — we come together to share our experiences, provide encouragement, and offer guidance to one another.
