Morning practice starts with getting out of bed.
It’s early.
You’re warm under the covers.
And still — you come to class.
You walk into the heat.
You move. You breathe.
The body wakes up faster than you expected.
It’s not always easy to start —
but by the time class ends, you remember why you came to class.
You leave feeling steady, clear, a little proud.
A strong way to begin the day.
