Good morning to all.
Reminder of not te flex too much about the bad stuff and smile and live a little more.

Throwback to 4 weeks ago National Championships "natural" Bodybuilding.

It was a fun and hard at the same time journey but totally worth it.

My coach really put his heart into it and that's what made this process so fun.

Remember people, it's not about effort only it's about HEART and INTEGRITY.

There was a time this was not even considered as straining...

But no sweat, it's time to get back on that horse and get back to it again.

Such an amazing sport Calisthenics.

In the last few years I have been working fulltime and still am as a Personal Trainer. Now embarking to a new path as a Physiotherapist I will devote my time and energy helping the injured xD

Having to teach people Calisthenics, give them hacks and mythbusters about the moves. It has increased my appetite for the game again.

Now it's my turn.

Aah the infamous "Frogstand".

Not hard to do once you understand the technique but very scary when your on top of the chimney and staring at the ground 50 ft beneath you.

New Shoulder tutorial fresh off the press!

These exercices I do with all my clients. These shoulders openers and compressions are magical for strengthening and creating more mobility.

How does the brain evolve? By feeding it with consistent but diverse data. Same goes for the muscles, by feeding it with consistent data of diverse movements. So the more often you establish a multi disciplinary approach or multi dimensional movements (while under pressure and focusing on proprioception) the better the muscles evolve and improve.

Most of the time your physio will give you rotator cuff training based on moving and mobilizing which is great. But the muscles sometimes need more "Understanding".
So try some of these exercises and guaranteed you will feel great.

Btw This is also a great Bench Press tip, warm up with these exercises before doing a bench press or dips

Core is an understatement! We over use the word but under use the function...

Read that again!

What ever moment you are doing, how slow or intense it might be, you are supposed to know HOW to use the core.

Know what muscles are core and understand the importance of your antagonists.

Core is everything and you don't strengthen your core by doing crunches either 😉

Having a chair is ALL you need to fix your posture!

As a health professional, I try to endulge and inspire people to prioritize health and a healthy lifestyle to the fullest.

I am what I do and I do what I am, but this doesn't mean it is easy! especially during and after the lockdowns I get more and more people with back issues, shoulder issues, poor core stability, weak lumbar strength and so on. This is sad and unnecessary.

With this video I am making it very easy for you to fix your posture, to mobilize your inner lumbar muscles, teach you to find the straight line!

Working from home or a having a desk job should not be harming you if you just knew how to handle it. Not everyone can afford personal training so make the best out of it!

Not everything you do can be fun and exciting, these trainings are not here to entertain you, they're here to help you.

As I was demonstrating these moves my muscles were getting more and more sore! So believe me when I say it works 😉

Focus on understanding the move and doing it correctly, it's not about the objective, it's about the understanding!

it's here the long awaited Human Flag tutorial 😍😍

How many of you have tried the Human Flag and ended up getting injured? There are so many tutorials of people showing off with the human and make up random exercises on the go to teach you something they have always been able to do.

This video is not about DOING the human flag, this is about conditioning your body, your joints, your muscles for the flag.

I will show and proof to you that these simple fundamentals will strengthen your body perfectly for the Human Flag and make sure also not to get injured.

Nothing happens overnight, these videos are a guideline to help you process this journey better. So practice, analyze, improve and implement until it starts to make sense for your body.

Always remember to warm up your joints and muscles before starting!
