Kick starting the new year with a deep, sound and soul workshop with Bhaggawent Kaur, the creative behind the growing illustration brand love, KAUR.
This workshop combines sound healing and intentional art creation.
With my singing bowls, I will guide you out of the mind and into the body.
The vibrations create space, soothe the nervous system, and awaken your creative flow. Through gentle sound, the mind becomes quiet and inspiration rises naturally. I hold a field of healing frequencies so your inner strength, intuition, and creativity can unfold with ease.
And after, Bhaggawent will guide you through a fun and creative hour to create your own intentional art that will carry you through the year. No art skills or supplies needed. You will be creating from a place of heart, not the mind, letting intuition lead instead of perfection.
