Op zaterdag 18 april 2026 geven we tijdens de Veinedagen niet รฉรฉn, maar twee CloudCuddles weg. De Veinedagen is dรฉ ontmoetingsplek waar bezoekers samenkomen om kennis op te doen, inspiratie te vinden en praktische oplossingen te ontdekken.
De reacties op onze winactie van vorig jaar lieten zien wat het in de praktijk kan betekenen: een voorspelbaarder dag- en nachtritme en meer rust voor iedereen. Daarom willen we ook dit jaar twee gezinnen ondersteunen.

We zijn erg benieuwd naar jullie ervaringen en gaan graag met jullie in gesprek. Voor de kinderen is er op onze stand een ballonnenartiest die ballonfiguren maakt.

Today, we pause to recognise everyone affected by epilepsy, children, adults, families, and care professionals.

We wear purple, inspired by lavender, the internationally recognised flower of epilepsy, to help make epilepsy more visible and keep the conversation going.

International Epilepsy Day aims to:
โ€ข Break down ignorance and prejudice
โ€ข Make lived experiences more visible and inclusive
โ€ข Support better care, treatment, and research

Thanks to feedback from parents and care professionals, CloudCuddle is working on further developments to enable nighttime monitoring, helping make daily life safer and more manageable, at home and in care settings.

From 1 February 2026, the worldwide โ€œBlue for Angelsโ€ challenge will take place for the very first time.

This campaign, initiated by parents of affected children, aims to raise awareness of Angelman syndrome and to collect funds for research. Medical developments around Angelman syndrome are currently making noticeable progress and are giving justified hope for future treatment options.

Because the condition is largely unknown to the general public, affected families often experience misunderstanding or a lack of support. Greater visibility is therefore essential for the children, their families and for how this rare condition is perceived in society.

Last summer, we had the pleasure of delivering a CloudCuddle Maxx to a beautiful holiday park in the Netherlands. Thanks to this special bed tent, a residential care group was able to enjoy a well deserved holiday safely and with complete peace of mind.

Our Story

The CloudCuddle is designed for children with a physical or mental handicap. The night time away from home is one of the big complications that is encountered. Therefore the CloudCuddle was designed to ensure a safe sleeping enclosure where ever the family needs to go on holiday, a weekend to the grandparents or even an overnight stay at the hospital. The current market has enough products to offer this kind of protection at home, but the transportable version leaves much room for improvement. Existing options are too heavy, too big and too complicated. CloudCuddle offers a childfriendly alternative with a light and easy to use construction. Due to its inflatability it can be moved very easily, which makes it ideal for vacations or sleeping over at grandparents. It makes the everyday life of these families just that bit easier!
