- STARLIGHT EXPRESS MERCHANDISE -

This is a very important post with a lot of information regarding my upcoming Starlight projects. So to keep it short here is an overview:

- Shirts > Pre-orders before week 47 online, or now through dms. Made per 10 ordered shirts to keep prices low. Price: €27,50

- Blindbags > Kickstarter project due to the costs. More info coming asap. Price: €12,50

- Buttons > Trying to get it sorted to bring at HDCC if possible. Commission wise available at any time. Price: €2,50

- Acryl keychains > Currently in production, hopefully arriving before HDCC. Double sided print, star holographic & star clasp. Price: €10

- Stickers > Will come when possible. Vinyl with glitter effect on outer edges. Packs available per group. Price: €2,50

- Other items > Ideas are very welcome for new merch items. Few are in consideration such as tote bags, socks & hoodies.

Making merch costs money, so getting sales is more important than ever for me to be able to create new things. I try to switch out current stock for new things as much as possible to be able to make & bring new items with me.

- shirt reveal -

This video deserves its own post because Maddy's reaction was just too adorable to not record or post.

Today (19th of Oct 2025), after the evening show of Starlight Express, Maddy came to stage door, and I was able to hand her personally the Joule shirt I made for her. She is one of the few cast members to reply back to me about the shirts, and here is the result!

Was also able to give shirts to Iwan, Lucy, Amber & Scott this same day, which also resulted in amazing reactions! (No opening footage, sadly, but that's okay!)
Still got quite a few shirts left to hand over, which I will be doing in the upcoming week where I will be at the show every single day!

- COMIC CON HOLLAND, GREATER EXPO: AMSTERDAM -

This weekend it is time for the last edition of CCH this year. First time doing the Amsterdam location for me, and very curious how it will turn out.

You can find me in Hall 1 at booth 387, which is a corner stand close to the paths to Hall 2. And this time, no AI slops behind me 🥳

Make sure to participate in the Spooky Autumn stamp rally I am hosting along with 3 other amazing artists (swipe to see all info) as the goodie bags are very very limited.

Extra info: I am currently the victim of a very heavy cough due to the heavy change in weather over the past days. My voice is very much gone due to this, and I will be drinking a lot of water. It is not contagious or anything, so don't be afraid if I start coughing violently all of a sudden. I am also maintaining my booth alone on Sunday, which can cause some waiting times and I apologise in advance for this.

- THANK YOU ELFIA -

That concludes the first time attending as a vendor this weekend. Saw everything from the other side and it was something else.

First things first, I won't be coming back as a vendor to Elfia. I have found out that my items are not suited for the visitors of this event, and it is okay. Sadly it resulted in me making a major loss, but it has been a big learning moment. Not every event will be great, and sometimes you just don't fit in with what you offer.

Also, I would like to say that the organization of Elfia can really learn a lot of things. The building up on Friday was one big chaos where everybody had to have wristbands to enter the grounds, leaving people in stress (including me) because nowhere was it said to us that this was necessary. This resulted in me + others having to sacrifice wristbands we needed for our helpers, for those who came to build out stands. Luckily Stefan (head organization I believe) was kind enough to give me extra wristbands for the inconvenience it caused me.

Then the next points: Toilets. We as vendors had to stand in the huge lines (sometimes over 30 minutes) to access the toilets while also having to maintain a stand. Unacceptable honestly, and if most of us didn't have helpers we would be fu**ed by this. The least that could've been done is making 1 or 2 stalls a Vendor Priority where we can skip the line and be back at our tables asap. Or set up crew/vendor toilets in areas we are only allowed to go with our wristbands. Saves so much time & issues.

I still want to thank everyone who came by to say hi, talk, or purchased something. Even tho it was a really rough weekend for me, I still enjoyed it as much as possible. Slide to the last photo of me being extremely happy with food 🤣

- ELFIA, KASTEELTUINEN ARCEN -

The first event after the summer stop and it is one I will be attending for the very first time as a vendor! This weekend you can find me at Elfia Arcen in Area 51, which is a brand new area for artists. Very very excited to be there and I cannot wait to see what it will all bring!

This weekend I will be bringing a very Limited Edition custom-made Elfia Memorial Ticket, a true collector's item for those who love to keep tokens of the events they visit. Only 40 available per day, divided over 2 different designs.

Also new are my Custom Photo Magnets, which I will be debuting at Elfia! You can get them made on the spot with any picture you want, and starting from 1 piece available! You can also place the order, and then roam around the beautiful grounds of Elfia to pick up your finished magnets later that day with a ticket. This is the moment to get your Elfia memories turned into permanent memory tokens! (They also make great gifts for any occasion!)

Sadly a lot of items are being discontinued besides my Pride & Pronouns items, and these are marked with red dots. Once they are sold out, they will not be coming back so I can make room for brand new & exciting items!

- UPDATED 2025 FALL AGENDA -

Not a lot of events coming up but still great ones I will be attending with the first one being Elfia Arcen and closing the season with a Christmas market.

I am still looking for helpers for Comic Con Holland sunday & all days for the Christmas market. The rest is already filled and no extra help is needed there. Feel free to dm me if you are interested and we can arrange things.

Please note that at the Christmas market, only my custom photo magnets will be available as it is an event for late Christmas shopping. You can place orders on my webshop & pick them up there but no other merchandise will be available at the spot.

- IMPORTANT NOTICE: US SHIPPING HALTED -

Due to the ongoing issues regarding the tariffs in the USA, I also have to postpone selling & shipping to the US from now on. It hurts a lot since most of my customers are from the US and I love them all so dearly, so this is going to be a huge cut in my revenue & income.

I am doing my best to look for a new shipping method, which might be more expensive for the time being but it is a temporary solution that I hopefully can offer till the issues are resolved.

Once I know more, I will update you all right away. Praying these tariff problems will be over soon because this is not only affecting us as small business owners, but also the US citizens since nothing can & will be imported anymore due to postal companies stopping the shipping towards the USA.

- 2025 FALL CON AGENDA -

Here is the so far planned 2025 Fall Convention Agenda for me! I'm waiting on a couple of confirmations and announcements, but overall, it's looking pretty nice! Exact stand numbers will be shared closer to the events, including floorplans & catalogs! Can't wait to see what part brings!!

I am also looking for people who would like to help me during any of these events! Elfia is fully fixed and HDCC Saturday is fixed, but Sunday is still open! All the other dates are open to grab! You can expect a day/weekend with a lot of fun, time to roam around the con yourself, some goodies, and some extras! More details can be discussed through DM such as single days etc.
NOTE: CCH & Fantasy Fest are not confirmed yet! I have applied but haven't heard back so far.

Kerstmarkt is with Custom Photo Magnets only! This is because this market is focused on last-minute holiday gifts & special items. If you want to help here, you do the payments & handing out orders while I make everything.

Also looking to attend more events but unsure if I should apply. If anyone has experience with these and would like to share, please do so! Events are always free to send me info & applications at any given time for upcoming & future events! Or if you know of events that you would like to see me at, let me also know!

- STARLIGHT EXPRESS T-SHIRTS -

Here are the next designed shirts I made based on all characters from the show, and you all voted for 3 as the winner which are the goated Freight Trucks! These are mock-ups of the actual finished shirts since they haven't been made yet. The last slides shows a finished shirt on a mannequin & me wearing that shirt, this is a size Medium.

The prints are done with DTF so it's stuck onto the shirt, but the quality is honestly amazing! The shirts itself is made of light cotton & unisex sizes. They are fairly long but true to size. More colors are available and will be posted alongside the standard black one as a mock-up once they go live!

The shirts are going to be available for pre-orders later this year since I want to give the cast (both OG and current) the chance to have the first ones before anyone else. So if you're a castmember and would like a shirt, let me know in DMs which size & color! For swings feel free to ask for your favorite character!
