In the beginning when you've built enough capacity to sense it might be that the only thing you feel is unsafety.
How the heck do you get from this to safety then?
Building safety requires you to be able to feel the uncomfortable without disconnecting from it.
It requires you being able to tune into the moment and being honest with yourself on what is needed in that moment (aka following your impulse).
Safety will follow when you can stay present again and again without wanting to change the internal feeling.
