Do you know that breathwork, yoga, doing sports, taking supplements or ice baths can be beneficial?
Did you know that it could also causing more harm than good?
The difference is getting to know your body and it's stress response.
Why?
When you get really good in sensing and getting to know when your autonomic nervous system is going into more overdrive you have a choice to stop whatever you're doing and take a different course of action. It is giving you agency.
However when you aren't able to do that and all you hear is this or that is good for you, you might add more stress to your body at any given time without realising it.
And that could be the reason why you feel great after .... (fill in the gap) or exhausted/activated/restless and you just can't figure out why.
