Flow with Caitlin

Flow with Caitlin Cultivate inner strength and resilience through breath and movement. Connect to your true self.

I’m a yoga teacher with a passion for creating physical and mental strength and resilience both on and off the mat. I work with students to connect to their their body and breath, get out of their heads, and to be in the present moment. Through my classes, 1:1 lessons, and events, I guide students to cultivate a deeper connection to themselves and to take part in the journey of self-discovery. Yoga Bio

Caitlin took her first yoga class in 2009 as a form of physical therapy to help recover from an injury. But she quickly realized there was much more to yoga than just the physical benefits. Her curiosity into yoga philosophy, pranayama, asana and anatomy grew over the years which eventually led to her to Koh Samui, Thailand where she completed her 200+ hour Yoga Teacher Training at Centered Yoga. Caitlin would like to thank all the amazing teachers she has practiced with around the world - from the US, to Costa Rica, to Bangladesh, to South Africa, Tanzania, and Ethiopia. She especially gives thanks to the amazing teachers she studied with in Thailand who shared so much knowledge and provided incredible support throughout the journey.
