Don't expect to eat healthy when you are not regulating and resting your body.
99 out of a 100 times we snack
We do because our body is exhausted, stressed
Instead of nurturing our body,
Instead of feeding our body,
I see people,
Push for that deadline (as if after they will take a proper rest)
Drink another coffee to make it till bedtime
Crash their diet by emptying the coocky jar
When I work with my clients
I make them aware of these minor choices
I point them to see why the results are not there yet
What this is exactly why I have my coaches.
Only when we cannot deny it anymore we are willing to see and change
Your body is clear no matter what
Yet it is our willingnes that will make the true changes.
In my world, nothing is coated in sugar
Nothing is held in
Nothing is weird
I only work with the onces that are truely ready to hear the hard thing, see the patterns and have the willingnes to change
