Yin aims to increase circulation in the joints and improve overall flexibility by hydrating the Fascia, while vibrations of the bowls flow through the water of the Fascia knocking through blockages and thus realigning the tissues to it’s highest performance.

Found this little guy by my wodden pod/room. If I was seconds later he would have gotten stepped on by a random passerby.
The old me would not dare hold a wild mouse, but this cute little soul needed help, his walk was wobbly and he seemed confused. And I guess he felt my good intentions because he looked super comfy on my palm.
We named him Dropje and moved to safety, hoping he would recover and enjoy the rest of his tiny existence.
Such a beautiful moment, and to think I could have missed it if I had listened to the nonsense warnings my monkey brain was screaming!
Freedom of fear, Freedom of old beliefs and patterns - is the lesson of my day - so that beauty can be felt 🤍🐭💫
