Challenging exercise on the . This one makes you strong!! 💪🏽💪🏽

It is strengthening your and legs. It’s strengthening and stretching the muscles around the knee.
Make sure only the legs are moving at the hipjoint (extension and flexion in that joint)
and stabilize the body
