On the outside: designing and delivering innovation and lecturing programmes within top-ranked MBA and executive education settings at university level. Working with complex systems, strategy, and future-oriented organisations. Milestones reached. Programmes recognised. Ideas translated into lived practice and real-world action.

On the inside: deepening the work of personal development and healing through CINMAYA to guide people through the patterns, shadows, and initiations that shape how they lead and create.

What became undeniable this year is this: 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬.
Outer innovation reveals where inner work is still required.
Inner work determines how far innovation can safely go.
