Today is my example to always trust my inner voice, my guiding light within. It always shows me the way home, to me.

Earlier today, I was in Tilburg. After a beautiful, soul-led exchange of sessions between Nathalie and me, I felt called to visit a blossoming tree that had been drawing my attention for quite a while.
Before driving home to my family (my husband and two sons), I touched the tree, feeling the pulse of Mother Nature rising through her bark. I found myself in wonderland, mesmerized by her beauty. Wanting to capture this peaceful and deeply connected moment, I snapped a few photos with my phone.

Once I safely arrived home, I started baking fresh pancakes from scratch. A gentle yet suggestive nudge entered my thoughts: create a post with the photos, and the words will flow effortlessly.
So today, I showed myself that I don’t need a plan. I just need to be present, willing, and open to wonder. And so do you.

I will be here, making magic, creating magical content, and showering myself and the world with my fairy dust.

Shine bright and true, so love will find you 👸🏻✨

A deep realization: I wasn’t just afraid of being too much or of wanting to help too much. No,I was afraid of the rejection that might follow if I truly showed up as myself. It’s something I learned through experiences in my childhood. So I shut myself down and became less of who I really was. A chameleon, constantly wearing different masks that I thought would help.

Thankfully, that time is over. Every day, I am becoming more and more myself and I simply love helping others. It’s my superpower to feel what someone else needs.

If someone cannot receive your help, your offer, or your gift, that’s okay. You gave from your heart, and you don’t need anything in return not even appreciation. That’s something I hear a lot in the studio: “I don’t need anything back.” But often, there is still a desire to be validated. So in a way, you do want something in return.
The other person may simply have difficulty receiving and that has nothing to do with you.
Stay in your power.

A message for myself and for you: Always be yourself. Be real. You might just be the light in someone else’s day. ✨

Een diepe realisatie, ik was bang voor de eventuele afwijzing die zou volgen als ik echt mezelf was. Zoals ik dat in mijn jeugd door ervaringen geleerd had. Ik sloot me af en werd minder mezelf. Een kameleon, die steeds andere maskers droeg die ze dacht zouden helpen.

Gelukkig is die tijd nu voorbij en ben ik iedere dag meer en meer mezelf en ik help nou eenmaal graag anderen. Het is ook mijn superkracht om aan te kunnen voelen wat een ander nodig heeft.

Als een ander jouw hulp, aanbod of cadeau niet kan ontvangen, geeft niets. Jij gaf vanuit je hart en hoeft daar niets voor terug zelfs geen waardering, dat is namelijk wat ik veel hoor in de studio. Ze hoeven er niets voor terug, maar willen wel gevalideerd worden. Uiteindelijk wil je dus toch iets terug... De ander die heeft wellicht moeite met ontvangen, het ligt niet aan jou. Blijf in je kracht.
De boodschap voor mezelf en voor jou: Wees altijd jezelf en echt! Jij zou zomaar het lichtpuntje van iemand anders zn dag kunnen zijn. ✨️

What a nice spontaneous talk from the heart and the field of Cosmeopathy. A field where everything is flow, allowing the flow state to let magic happen. Not by working harder, but by playing more.

True healing can only happen in a safe space and a harmoniously aligned body. A nervous system that is in fight, flight, or freeze mode won’t be able to help itself.

That’s where my role as a frequency and space holder comes in. I know I am here to shine my light as bright and authentic as I can, so you can come into coherence too.

Come home to the beauty that you are.

Wat een mooi spontaan vanuit het hart en vanuit het veld van Cosmeopathy. Een veld waarin alles stroomt, waar de flowstaat ruimte geeft zodat magie kan ontstaan. Niet door harder te werken, maar door meer te spelen.

Ware heling kan alleen plaatsvinden in een veilige ruimte en in een lichaam dat in harmonie en afstemming is. Een zenuwstelsel dat zich in vecht-, vlucht- of bevriesmodus bevindt, kan zichzelf niet helpen.

Daar komt mijn rol als frequentie- en ruimtehouder naar voren. Ik weet dat ik hier ben om mijn licht zo helder en authentiek mogelijk te laten schijnen, zodat jij ook in balans kunt komen.

Weer een nieuwe workshop gericht op jouw innerlijke en uiterlijke schoonheid.
Spirituality meets Beauty. Een mix van mijn diverse expertises. Cosmeopathy a way of being you. Stralend van binnen naar buiten. Je gaat met je eigen huid aan de slag, ik verzorg een zachte intuïtieve meditatieve innerlijke tempel reis en verbinden we ons met de aardse en kosmische energieën. Zo leuk om te merken hoe alles samen mag komen. Al onze facetten komen deze workshop aan bod. We werken met een kleine groep van max 8 personen. Prikkel je zintuigen met heerlijke natuurlijke, gezonde en biologische huidverzorging.

Everybody needs a space to come home to. We usually see that place as a space outside of ourselves. What if I told you, that true embodiment doesn’t come from any external place, person or circumstance. Being at peace, embodied and loving comes from deep within your own body, mind and soul.

For me as an embodied soul here on earth it feels natural to want more silence, space and experiences where I can truly meet myself in all of my layers to the depth of my core. This foto shows me connecting to my own light and feeling at peace, with my light and shadow parts.

As an embodied cheerhealer, I am here to cheer you on, during your process of connecting and coming home in your own essence. The funny part is I used to feel so burdened by the weight of everyone on my shoulders, I really felt I should do more, be more and make an impact in other people’s lives. More and more I started to realise, the only place I can truly make an impact is my own story, body and healing journey.

I discovered that however helping others used to help me, I now know that being a lighthouse is more helpful than being a lifeboat. Others have a right to their pain, lessons, healing in their own time. If you feel ready to connect and embody your essence and my energy resonates in whatever way, feel free to connect.

The full human experience is to feel and integrate every emotion, live life to the fullest and play with all the elements and life itself. So let's take a deep dive together.

I said YES to myself.

I married my soulmate almost 14 years ago. Last year, my wedding dress got a makeover, from “virgin” white to rainbow pastels. 🌈

Today, on Valentine’s Day, I can honestly say I choose me each and every day. Saying yes to myself feels amazing. ✨What have you done for you lately?

Ik zei JA tegen mezelf!

Ik ben bijna 14 jaar geleden met mijn soulmate getrouwd. Vorig jaar kreeg mijn trouwjurk een make-over , van “maagdelijk” wit naar regenboogpastels. 🌈

Vandaag, op Valentijnsdag, kan ik eerlijk zeggen dat ik steeds vaker voor mezelf kies. JA zeggen tegen mezelf voelt geweldig. ✨

Eerlijkheid duurt het langst, word vaak gezegd. Het klopt, maar wanneer het op eerlijkheid naar onszelf aankomt, verschuilen we ons vaak achter de kleine snelle leugentjes, the little white lies om niet te hoeven kijken naar de dieper gelegen delen die onze aandacht vragen en verdienen. Sommigen zullen ze de schaduwdelen noemen, hoe ze ook noemt ze mogen in het licht worden gezet en omarmd worden. 🎁✨️🔑

Vanuit authenticiteit delen, houd ook in dat ik jullie meeneem in processen waar ik zelf doorheen ga. Afgelopen vrijdag heeft er een mooie sessie uitwisseling plaatsgevonden in mijn studio. van .from.within was bij mij op bezoek. 2 prachtige sessies ontstonden. Yaela wees mij op een nog voor mij verborgen innerlijk kind stuk. Mijn kwetsbare meisje. Grotendeels stond ik al met haar in contact, maar dit weekend heeft ze me de kwetsbare, gewonde delen laten zien en heb ik veel emoties gevoelt. Boosheid, verdriet, ongezien worden, moeten dragen voor anderen en dan vaak slachtoffer te worden van reacties op alles dat er dan uit mij kwam als jong kind. Het doorvoelen van deze stukken en delen van mezelf voelt bevrijdend. Het stukje emotioneel verwerken door middel van voeding werd me ook weer even helder gespiegeld. Ik sta in mijn kracht en wijs deze delen niet langer af, ze horen bij mij en mijn verhaal, maar ze hebben niet langer regie over wie ik nu ben en in de toekomst zal zijn.

What a day! I feel so blessed to be here and to create such a playful, safe and beautiful space this afternoon in my studio voor Cosmeopathy.👸🏻🎉 My inner child is jumping up and down, out of pure joy and happiness. To be able to share my unique light with souls who felt the call. We will embark on a journey to our inner tempel, where the innerchild awaits reconnection with the body and the adult mind. Cosmeopathy is niet iets dat je leert, het is iets dat je herinnert.
Het zingt door je heen. Het opent je lichaam als portaal.
Je stem wordt veld. Je aanwezigheid wordt medicijn.
En in dat moment… herinnert je ziel zichzelf terug naar licht.
Dit is waar mijn werk begint.
In de trilling. In de resonantie.
In dat kleine, heilige stukje ‘weird’ dat eigenlijk gewoon pure gouden waarheid is.

Vandaag 29 mei 2020, 2 weken na de opening van mijn Salon Cosmic Beauty op nieuwe locatie in Zoetermeer, ben ik waar ik wil zijn. Een eigen pand, mijn visie en mijn droom is uitgekomen. Omringt door natuurlijke, dierproefvrije, vegan huidverbeterende producten. Het is een genot om vanuit een holistische visie naar mijn vak te kijken. Je kunt thuis de meest dure en goed in de markt gezette (ongezonde) producten hebben staan en nog het idee hebben niets te bereiken. Logisch, wanneer je maar aan 1 aspect werkt, zul je geen grote stappen zetten richting huidverbetering. Door je eigen schoonheid/gezondheid op een holistische manier te bekijken, dus door het geheel te zien, je voeding, je leefstijl, welke behandelingen boek je, wat smeer je en wat slik je ter ondersteuning van de processen in je lichaam, dan pas kom je verder.

Ik ga graag met jou de uitdaging aan om, jou en jouw huid te laten stralen van binnen naar buiten.
