Arm balances aren’t something to achieve — they’re something to practice.
A way to build real strength, coordination, and control.
A way to meet focus, hesitation, and breath under pressure.
This is strength work, but not for its own sake.
As things get challenging, you start to notice the mind — what it clings to, what it avoids — and how quickly attention drops when things feel uncertain.
Over time, the shift happens:
difficulty becomes something you can stay with,
effort isn’t about achievement, and the body becomes a way back to the present.
Across two Sundays, we’ll build strength, awareness, and understanding for arm balances — working with shoulders, core, breath, and attention.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to practice.
June 7 — Foundations
Strength, structure, and learning how lift actually happens.
June 14 — Integration
More complex balances, deeper focus, steadiness under challenge.
