After day 2 of in Manila we are pleased to see that seafarers' wellbeing and mental wellbeing is at the very center of conversation, not only when talking about how to attract and retain seafarers but also when it comes to training and safety at sea.

Forty-four international shipping companies participated in the survey with 24,662 responses representing seafarers from all around the globe.
