Healthy foods don't have to be so restrictive or calories counting, but it does depend on your goals, and knowledge, I'm literally eating to gain weight or muscle slowly, but this is a breakfast I've had for over many years now and then as it tastes good, I add hot water 5mm above the havre gryn and granola 1st let it soak then add the yogurt and grapes, I like the raspberry and cinnamon granola it only has about 5g sugar per 100g, and I'm eating as many cards as I can and still remain fairly lean, eating close to 3000 cals a day😊

So a client who has been with me for 11 out of 12 weeks so far has done AMAZINGLY well.....go check out these losses in total in 11 weeks being active and weekly changes made to tweak various dietary needs, this person has had many life struggles a long the way in these past 11 weeks as well.....persistence and consistency is key and always wins....

The below are before and after results...
Weight - 95.4kg - 81.8kg
Hips - 109cm - 88.5 cm - 20.5cm lost
Stomach - 86cm - 73cm - 13cm lost
Thigh - 67cm - 59cm - 8cm lost

They lost cm in all other areas as well but the above was the most significant, dealing with covid, children, ex marriage, work, home schooling, and personal issue I cannot write on here, if you or friends or family, work colleagues, someone you know at the gym you spoken to is struggling, put them in contact with me and I will help.

Tip on managing food cravings

Firstly it is important to understand the psychology behind it.
Ok so picture yourself as 2 halves “your present temptation self” and your “long term goal self”

Your “present half” is driven by immediate rewards and wanting things immediately, but your “long term self” knows that intellectually that loosing fat needed to reach your goal does not happen yesterday or immediately and knows it requires consistent effort and monitoring, However “the present self” does not want to monitor and impulsive and driven chemically in the brain to want temptations right now for immediate happiness or in this case food pleasure.

“Your future self” is less phased by immediate temptation as it work on the thought of long term happiness and how relevant and important it is to reach your goal.It is more secure and can be satisfied with the understanding immediate happiness is not needed.

Here's some results of a client I have now going up to 8 weeks of dietary and training help, designed for them, it's easy to achieve with not just the right help, but mindset as well, being honest with one self, not making excuses, making positive changes and making changes in your routine, this can happen at any age in life, stress, illness, it can all be achieved as you can see below.

I cannot write what this person is going through in their life, but they ask questions, they have made changes during their very busy life, 3 kids, and work, the results are there to be had with the right help.

One things for sure weather it's social media or in a gym or talking face to face, people make a very simple but huge mistake which is never talking about a healthy gut, or healthy digestive system,

Put simply most of us drive a car right? But if you mix the wrong engine oil in the engine it will become less efficient things start to clog up, sure it still works but it's not right at all, the effects can either be so slow you don't notice or...in and cases be so quick you can be I'll.

A healthy intestinal tract means good healthy bacteria from foods or some people need extra help from certain supplements to give an initial boost but long term it should come from food.

If your dieting to loose weight or to make gains, or to compete, or a lifestyle change, perhaps an illness a healthy guy will apply to you!

Over the years in different countries I've met 1000's of trainers and so few bring up this topic,

Get your digestive system working in good order then the dieting or changes you need to do become effective easier, safer, and results come sooner😊😊

It's funny how these 2 words mean so much to me,there's a huge story behind them and that's just the Norwegian side of it haha,the lifestyle,the people I've met,the friends I've made, the otjer personal trainers ive helped and educated and helped in their own training,the people who helped me choose to be the kind of pt I became over the years....being a personal trainer/personlig trener means the world to me,it makes me feel proud😊
