Manage Your Energy During Winter.

I learned that winter is long, and it's not the best time for "adventures".
Take care of yourself and rest well.
Cultivate positive thoughts and feelings.
Eat healthy and stay in nature as much as possible (although it may be cold outside).
Don't give energy to negative thoughts and feelings that want to drag you down.
Avoid being on autopilot.
Avoid consuming your energy on material things associated with the season.
Plant your mental "seeds" for the next year and let them grow in silence.

There are 3 types of Stress that affect us: Physical - Chemical - Emotional.
Emotional Stress is the main cause of illness.
Children don't know what emotional stress is.
