Changing Yourself and The Unknown.

To forget about:
the people we know,
the problems we have,
the things we own,
and the places we go.

To lose track of time.

To go beyond the body,
and its need to feed its habituations.

To give up the high
from emotionally familiar experiences
that reaffirm the identity.

To detach
from trying to predict a future condition
or review a past memory.

To lay down the selfish ego
that is only concerned with its needs.

To think or dream greater than how we feel.
And to crave the unknown.

This is the beginning of freedom from our present lives.
That is the beginning of change from the old self to the new self.
That is the act of transformation towards a new better version of ourselves.

Write your goal on a card. Carry it everywhere. Read it daily until the image fills your consciousness

My "Why" is about a deep search for truth and knowing.
Life is much more than staying "fit" on the physical plane alone.

My "why" is not about extremes as a way to prove something.
My "why" is about discovering the ..... ... and I leave everyone to fill the blanks here.

Reality is not determined by what is superficially said or wished.
But by what is believed with absolute certainty.

Conviction is the Force that separates
those who manage to change their life
from those who remain trapped in the same circumstances,
repeating affirmations without conviction,
and awaiting results that never come.

How to Cultivate Conviction:
1 - Eliminate internal conflict
2 - Repetition with emotional intensity
3 - Observation of evidence all around
4 - Elimination of external influence
5 - Acting as if reality has already changed

I stopped from my walk and simply noticed nature.
Without trying to understand this situation in any way.
Without worry or fear that something could harm me.
Without trying to find online the type of tree that I'm standing on.
Without putting my unprocessed emotions out there.
Without expectation for anything.

This is an easy way to not only acknowledge the present moment, but also to realize the magic of life itself.

Fear and Your Life ... !

The Man who allows fear to dictate his actions,
It's draining his power to an illusion.

If he fears illness,
He will live in constant vigilance.
Observing every symptom,
Analyzing every discomfort.
And with this, he will give life
to the illness he is trying to avoid.

If he fears poverty,
He will cling desperately to what he has,
Fearful of spending,
Anxious about the future.

And with this, he will block the abundance,
that would otherwise flow toward him.

Fear is impotent to those who
stay firm in their trust.

Illness cannot touch one who
does not.give it space in their mind.

Scarcity cannot manifest in the life of one
that refuses to believe in it..

When fear is eradicated,
Reality responds with Health and Wealth.

We only use healthy ingredients, we don't use sugar, refined oils, or traditional flours. This low-carb cake doesn't cost much either.

It's made.with ingredients like.almond flour, extra virgin coconut oil, egg, banana, raisins, apple and carrot, plus cinnamon and vanilla.
