About Thymus!
-The atom is the particle of God or the divine spark as it is also called, found in the thymus gland right in the middle of the chest between the throat and the heart.
-The thymus gland has many connections with many organs in the body and is responsible for vitalizing and regenerating cells in the body.
-This gland in children is quite large, but as we get older it decreases in size but also in effectiveness.
-In adults this gland becomes small and often ignored.
Let me give you a very short example:
-When a person goes into cardio-respiratory arrest, cardiac massage takes place directly over the thymus.
By massaging and pressing the gland rhythmically, the man comes back to life.
- As we age, it shrinks and loses its vitality because we ignore the importance of this miraculous gland.
Many of us seek God in churches, temples, synagogues, mosques, without knowing that this thymus gland is closely related to divinity. Hence the expression (I feel a weight here on my chest or, my soul hurts)
That is why the gland is large in children, because they are pure and their minds are free from worries.
The thymus gland is also called an atom because the thymus gland gives energy. If it is stimulated often enough, it invigorates us and gives us all the energy we need.
Instead of one, two, or even three coffees a day, we'd better massage the thymus, and hit it hard a few times to wake up and energize. This body is a highly intelligent machine, we don't need all the stimuli from the outside because we have them all inside.
If you feel low on energy, weak, powerless, or apathetic, stand up, take a deep breath, massage your thymus, and then confidently hit the thymus gland a few times, just like the ones in the movie Spartacus, like victors.
Those who are in better connection with their body will immediately feel a vibration in their chest.
Those who do not feel it at first, need more exercise.
If you want to live long and be healthy, practice this exercise every morning after waking up and your body will thank you!
If this gland is not stimulated it atrophies over time, and loses its healing capabilities.
The thymus gland is closely related to:
- Tonsils
- Spleen
- The appendix
- Abdominal nodules
- Adrenal glands
- The pancreas
- Pineal gland
- Thyroid
- Pituitary gland
- Ovaries
- Testicles
Also, the thymus gland is responsible for the formation of T cells that are extremely important for the body's health.
The production of T cells in the thymus gland begins in embryonic life, around the eighth week of gestation.
