Vi gleder oss stort til ny oppstart av Mama Baby Sirkel nå på onsdag, 3 april!

Vi møtes i all enkelhet, fra hver vår stue, og lar hverdagen få en liten hellig pause. I dette rommet møtes vi i hjerte.
Tiden er kl.11-12.30.

Hei kjære mamas
Mars har så mye spennende å by på, lengre dager, solen står opp tidligere, og fuglene synger om vår.
For oss er det mye som skjer denne våren. Nettsiden vår er endelig ferdig, du er velkommen til å besøke oss på www.familydoula.love

Ellers så rigger vi til denne vinterens siste YUMMY MAMA med hjemmelaget mat, kos rundt bordet med store og små, og rom for å være sammen med andre mødre.

Denne YUMMY MAMA sammenfaller med vårjevndøgn og vi gleder oss til å takke farvel til vinter, og ønske vår og sommer velkommen! Det betyr at i tillegg til mat og kos, gjør vi et rituale etter maten.

My and I have now started our circle for Pregnancy, and it has been so lovely to get to know new mamas and babies - I love it

In our Pregnancy circle, we incorporate breathwork and movements for pregnancy as a part of ceremony. These asanas are done in a soft, moving and slow manner, and we find that they are useful also while giving birth. We often notice that these are the movements that often come to us naturally when we listen to our bodies and just move from there.

Line will also share a few of her findings from the work of Uma Dilsmore-Tuli. "Umas soft approach to pregnancy and the innate wisdom in the feminine body was very inspiring to I when I found her through Yoga Nidra". Uma has been an inspiration for many pregnancy and postpartum doulas and yogateachers around the world, and the illustration is from her book "Yoga for pregnancy and birth"
