I distinctly noticed a difference after deepening my Surya practices from Isha Hatha Yoga. It felt like the quality of my breath completely changed. Starting the day with 108 surya shaktis feel amazing! even tho this is one of the more physical practises from Isha Hatha yoga, I am not tired afterwards. I just feel pumpep up with energy, and I am ready for whatever the day has in store for me!🔥

The story of Sri Ananda Acharya is not a wide spread one, but that doesn’t make it any less exiting. He is considered a lost son of India, and paved his own way. Acharya came to Norway to establish the universal peace university. In his biography it says that he prepared the place on the etheric level, and foresaw that the physical university would come up some 100 years after his passing.

A truly special place in Oslo! The tibetian buddhist tempel called Karma Tashi Ling🛕 The experience of the place really brought me back the Isha yoga center, and the serene atmosphere of the temples there. A must visit if you are every are by Oslo! ishayoga

Tronfjell is a sacred mountain in Norway, and a yogi came to this place from India a 100 years ago to live there. His name was Sri Ananda Acharya. He became known as the wiseman, and a lot of people sought to meet him. The very same place is where the classical Hatha yoga retreat will take place now in June 2026! pranayama

Day 2 of the nature immersion series! 🍃 Visualization is something that I struggled with at first. I wasn't really able to picture something clearly in my mind, but when I started paying more attention to details, and really looked at an object for a long time, something shifted. I noticed that training my vision helped me to develop my ability to visualize✨ And what a powerful tool it is! and how fascinating it is to be able to experience something, just by seeing it clearly in your mind🌌

When I heard about how to turn waiting into meditating, I was reminded of something my uncle used to tell me on various occasions while I was growing up. He said he knew too many people who would just wait and wait for their lives to get better—without doing anything to make it so. ⏳

I think it’s because we get so caught up in our daily routines that we fall into a cycle where we become increasingly unaware.
