MIK Christmas party Science show ✨️

🎄MIK Juletrefest 🎄
is a Norwegian tradition, a party with the children in focus, held after Christmas. It involves singing songs while walking around a Christmas tree, and a visit from Santa handing out bags of candy. 🎅

🧑‍🔬🧪At our department it of course imcluded a science show for the kids!
🎶 And our very own Christmas band - lead by our head of department at MIK, Hilde Nilsen.
Thanks to our wonderful lab managers and partyplanners, Ragnhild and Mette! ✨️

🎄Our annual (Ugly) Christmas Sweater party was a great success! ✨️ Our lunchroom is decorated for maximum Christmas Spirit.
The party included a Christmas workshop where our crafty scientists made Christmas decorations with and without scientific inspiration.
