Smartfish is going to be present at ÖTILLÖ Swimrun in Stockholm!

The first race takes place on Saturday the 3rd of September. This 15K sprint consists of 21% swimming and the trail is located in beautiful and tough nature. If you haven’t heard about Swimrun before, check out the link below.

Swimrun is the sport that was born from a drunken bet. In 2011 it got the name from Erika Rosenbaum, one of our ÖTILLÖ Swimrun World Championship podium finishers.

A new Norwegian study has investigated the intake of omega-3 fatty acids in relation to strenuous exercise among thousand cyclists participating in the The North Sea Race. The scientists collected information about the participants’ use of omega-3 supplements including type and frequency. The results from the study showed that the intake of fish oil in its natural, liquid form was associated with lower levels of inflammatory markers in the blood.
