I come from Albania, a small country with rich history and culture, especially concerning the barber profession. I still remember how my father used to take me at the barbershop for weekly fresh up back in the day. I have grown up in these environments, and I have been going to the barbershop from a very young age.
My vision in life was inspired by these moments, and I decided to dedicate myself to the care of others appearance as a qualify barber.
When I first came to Norway , I noticed a lack of similar grooming, and having those places that mens can hang out together and enjoy the time. At that moment the idea was born of a mobile concept which focused on providing on demand grooming services for busy professionals and those with limited time in their life. Modern life gets hectic sometimes and important things such as appearance and haircut can be tough to find time for when you are trying to balance work, family and time for yourself.
Traveling the world inspires me in my craft and creation. Embrace the unknown and let the journey become part of you.
From years of experience I know one thing for sure, refreshing one’s appearance with something as simple as a haircut, new hair style, or a little makeup change, can have positive impacts in the way people think, feel and behave. I believe everyone should afforded themselves the opportunity to look and feel great, no matter the gender, ethnicity, age or socio-economic status.
The concept of an actual barbershop has now joined On Demand Barbers franchise. Our first on site barbershop in Scandinavia is located inside Scandic Byporten hotel in the lobby. It is a place where you can relax, sit down, get an ice cold drink, chat, listen to the music, be social if you want to and enjoy the atmosphere as well.
At the shop you are going to find every single detail made from my experience and personal taste. There isn’t a perfect place to be found, but we created this shop with love and passion for our friends and customers.
We make sure that everyone who steps in will be treated as a special friend and leave anything less than your best. This is the reason why we exist! We transform a regular chore into a pleasurable experience.

What does this profession mean to us? We’re just doing what we love. Treating everyone the way we want to be treated ourselves when we visit the barbershop. We put our customers needs first. This has to come through in our actions. We can’t say one thing and do another. We are open and transparent about our services!
It’s this kind of pleasure that get us through the everyday routine. Doing little things that make you happy is a good way to boost your self-esteem as well as your general mood. This in turn has a knock-on effect on your mental health.
