🎤 A big thank you to the incredible speakers and moderators at our ISMICs 2025 symposium!
The session, “How to maximize the value of TTFM & HFUS in minimally invasive coronary surgery,” brought powerful insights from some of the field’s top experts:
🔹 Dr. John Puskas opened by emphasizing the critical role of flow control and drove an engaging Q&A alongside Dr. Nirav Patel.
🔹 Dr. Gianluca Torregrossa explained how TTFM is not just about grafts—it’s about technology, teaching, and patient safety. As an early adopter of Medistim’s new INTUI software, he showcased the value of the new reporting feature to extend the impact of TTFM beyond the OR.
🔹 Dr. Keita Kikuchi highlighted HFUS as essential in detecting buried targets like myocardial bridges, closing with: “HFUS and TTFM are your friends for high-quality CABG.”
🔹 Dr. Sathyaki Nambala, performing 300+ MICS CABG annually, showed how combining TTFM and HFUS elevates outcomes in minimally invasive procedures.
👏 Thank you to all who joined us. Let’s continue advancing precision, safety, and confidence in cardiac surgery.
