Yoga in Sofienbergparken Yoga classes for all with Claudia and Natalia, in Sofienbergparken in Oslo. Every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. SEASON START MAY 2017! Let’s do yoga together!

I’ll teach an open Hatha Yoga class on the grass of Sofienbergparken. All levels are welcome and it really doesn’t matter if this is your first or your 923th yoga class. We’ll start with sun salutations, followed by a sequence of standing and sitting poses, and we’ll end nice and calm, on our backs. What to bring? A towel/yoga mat/camping thing/blanket/whatever + a bottle of water. What to wear? Comfy clothes. Bring something warm so you don’t get cold during the end relaxation.


** These classes are by donation, because you know your wallet much better than I do and I want this to be accessible for all of you. **

Welcome to my 4 pm Yin Yoga class at Tyan Yoga every Friday....Slow down, become still and nourish yourself after a hectic working week😀🙏

We are super excited to add a Yin Yoga class to our schedule every Friday, kl. 16:00 taught by Natalia!

Dette er en rolig og avslappende yogatime der vi holder stillinger i flere minutter og slapper av i kroppen. Yin yoga hjelper med å holde ledd og bindevev i kroppen friske, strekke muskler, samt oppnå en energibalanse i kroppen. Dette er en perfekt time for deg som ønsker å stresse ned og oppnå ro i sinnet. Timen passer for alle nivå.

This class will energize your body and leave you fully relaxed. Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga meant to dig deep into the connective tissue of your joints, to find the deep release in your body and mind. Yin Yoga is known for the time spent on each posture (2-5 minutes). Yin yoga is a restorative practice that, practiced through passive postures. This class is open to all levels.
